RE: Fundraiser

Dear OAGS Families:

OAGS Board and Head Coaches would like all our families to consider participation in our chocolate fundraiser. In addition to operational expenses already incurred, OAGS has endured a considerable expense in the purchase of this chocolate. Please keep in mind, that OAGS offered and fully refunded players and sponsors in spite of seasonal costs exceeding $3000. I have arranged for a contactless/minimal contact chocolate pickup. Please use this link to sign up for a pick up time. Please do your best to arrive at your time slot and wear a mask.

1. Pickup at: 200 S Liberty St. Orwigsburg
o This is at the corner of S Liberty and W Independence St. in Orwigsburg. White house. Black Fence. Purple Door. Caddy-corner to Salem United Methodist Church.

2. Please pull up at the curb as far as possible.
3. You can roll down your passenger side window or pop your trunk. I will place the chocolate in your car.
4. You can prepay $45 at candy pickup (preferred) or mail or drop off funds after you have sold your candy bars. Checks payable to: OAGS
o If prepaying (at candy pick up): place payment in an envelope with your player's name on the front.
o If paying funds later: Mail player name and payment to
